Saanko esitellä kahden ohjepalasen verran neulottu Mystery Stole 3. Huomenna tulee lisää ohjetta. Huivia ei ole pingotettu, venytin vain pyyhkeen päälle kuvausta varten ja neulasin Helmiksen antamilla neuloilla.

May I present: Mystery Stole 3, clues 1 and 2 completed. We'll get a new clue tomorrow. The stole is not blocked, I just stretched and pinned it on a towel for the pic.

Merinosilkki on ehkä vähän liian ohutta tähän. Voisi olla kauniimpi pinta jos olisi paksumpi lanka. Tykkään kuitenkin, ja koko on parempi kuin luulin. Leveä pitsi todella venyy enemmän kuin pieni koetilkku.

Merinosilk is maybe a little too fine for this. The stole could be more beautiful if I made it with a thicker yarn. I like it, though. And the size is more suitable than I thought it might be. A wide lace is stretchier than a small swatch.

Helmet eivät todellakaan näy liian selvästi. Tästä luultavasti tulee kaunis kun sen pingottaa.

The beads are not very visible, are they. This is probably going to look pretty after blocking.

Tein jonkin verran virheitä aluksi. Purin ja purin. Opin apulangan (lifeline) suuren hyödyn. Toisen ohjeosuuden aikana joko opin taitavammaksi tai ohje muuttui helpommaksi. Ei tarvinnut kuin kahdesti silmukka silmukalta peruuttaa puolisen riviä.

At the beginning, I did quite a bit of mistakes. I tinked, ripped and frogged. I learned the great value of lifelines. During the clue 2, I eather bacame a more skilled knitter or the pattern got easier. I only had to tink half a row twice.

Tässä vaiheessa näyttää kuin kolmiomaisessa osassa olisi mehiläinen ja suorassa osassa hunajakennoja. Eikös? Toisaalta reunoissa on  kuin aaltoja.

At this phase it looks like there is a bee at the triangular part and honey combes (?) in the straight part, doesn't it. On the other hand, I see waves on the sides.
